Wine connoisseurs would agree that the best wine is the one that has been perfectly preserved through time. Apparently, aside from that standard for having the best wine, experts also believe that the best wine is the one that is stored at its most ideal temperature; thus, an appropriate cooling system is needed for the storage to meet the serving temperature of the wine. To comply with this standard, cellar cooling units are needed by restaurants or by houses with cellars.
This is actually more needed by restaurants who value the importance of wine when serving the food that they offer. It is not enough for restaurants to have refrigerators or freezers to store their wines, for it will not render the best serving temperature for wines. It just so happen that refrigerators have inconsistent temperature that is not even specific which is not good enough for a wine, unless you just want your wine to be cold. However for wines, being cold is not enough especially for other types of wine.
